If you return an item, retailer will notify us and we will deduct the Vantage Points awarded to you. If you have redeemed a voucher and then returned the item, you balance will become negative and your account may become unusable to certain extent. You should redeem vouchers only if you are absolutely sure about keeping the items you have got your Vantage Points against.
